The manager Neil is an awesome guy that greats your professionally and is very courteous in our stay at Karnes City Lodge.. the rooms are very nice and clean.. everything works as it should . I highly recommend staying here and I will continue to stay when I am working down around Karnes City Lodge. If you are wanting a top quality stay at an affordable price Karnes City Lodge is the place to stay .
Room quoted was $76. Out the door price was $99. Rooms were suprisingly nice. The early morning breakfast was waffles and some kinda egg and sausage mix in a croc pot. Middle of the summer , a/c isnt left on to keep rooms moderately cool. So be prepared to walk into a sauna until you can turn the air on and start the cooling process.
Had the pleasure of staying here for over a week and have zero complaints. The rooms were kept clean on a day to day basis with no need for me to request that particular service. The place was overall very well kept. Above all, what makes this an easy 5 star review is how friendly and helpful all the staff were towards me and my coworkers. Thank you!
One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Super friendly and fast check in/out and probably the best hotel in the middle of nowhere. 10/10 would recommend.
My personal experience was pleasant, especially because they speak several languages, the rooms are very clean, the treatment is cordial, in my experience it was exceptional. I forgot something in the room and they very kindly sent it to my address. That is human quality. Being there is feeling safe as if at home.
Satisfactory service overall. Excellent customer service, good rooms, good breakfast offerings. I have two general complaints, though. The first is the air quality; I would relay have to blow my nose and would often wake up in the middle of the night with my nose completely clogged. Investing in some air purifiers for the rooms would be a good idea. Also, I would appreciate stone improvements to the showers. The water pressure is really low and the water could benefit from some filtration for removing excess minerals and other contaminants. Minor grievances aside, it was a generally good stay.
Out of all hotels in the area, this is the best place to stay. The rooms are spacious, staff was so kind & friendly, and breakfast was always on point. Recommended this place to family members & they treated them so well. Our family was so happy with their experience.
